Reverend Conte, a veteran occult and whiskey expert, arrives with a ragtag group of military refuseniks on a remote South Pacific island in 1944 to investigate the disappearance of naval units believed to be in the hands of the Imperial Japanese Army. After speaking with the islanders, they soon learn that the Marines were killed by a group of lycanthropes known to many as werewolves.
